This is what happened to me in Canada's court:

I asked the Police detective what she used to justify her demand for incarceration and a psychological evaluation.

She said it is the one when they find you guilty without a trial and make the unlawful seizure of your computers legal too.

I said are you sure that is the one reason.

She paused, looked at her paper and said no, it is all three reasons, a disability and a no criminal record too.
